FROM THE ALTOONA/ROARING SPRING AREA
Take I-99 South
Get off at the Everett Exit 30 East.
Continue on 30 East for several miles.
You will pass a Sheetz and a
McDonald's/Wal-Mart along the way on the RIGHT.
After passing McDonald's/Wal-Mart on
the RIGHT, turn off the Penn Knoll Road Exit on the RIGHT.
Continue to YIELD to the RIGHT onto
Penn Knoll Road.
At STOP sign turn RIGHT and then
make an immediate LEFT onto Hospital Drive.
You pass a white fence on the LEFT.
After passing the white fence, make a LEFT onto Memorial Drive.
We are the very 1st building on the LEFT. Turn LEFT into the
first parking lot.
You will see Dr. Faber signs above the
main entrance.
FROM THE JOHNSTOWN AREA
Take PA-56 East down the mountain, through
Pleasantville, past Chestnut Ridge Middle School and the Apple Bin
Restaurant.
Get on I99 South. Turn off the Everett
Exit 30 East.
Continue on 30 East for several miles.

After passing McDonald's/Wal-Mart on

Take US-30 West.
Turn off Lutzville Road Exit on the RIGHT.
At the intersection turn RIGHT onto Hospital
Drive.
Continue past the Specialty Building and then
turn RIGHT onto Memorial Drive.
We are the very 1st building on the LEFT.
Turn LEFT into the first parking lot. You will see Dr. Faber
signs above the main entrance.
